Brought to you by: Vickie Ingredients: ------------ 4 lg baking potatoes 1 jar (17oz) Ragu* Cheese Creations Roasted Garlic Parmesan 1 small onion, thinly sliced 2 teaspoons dried chives 1 teaspoon dried parsley Salt & pepper to taste Instructions: ------------- Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large saucepan, cook potatoes in lightly salted water until just tender. (Boil potatoes 12-15 minutes). Allow to cool slightly. Peel potatoes and cut into ¼" slices. Combine sliced potatoes with Ragu* sauce, onion and seasonings. Stir to coat potatoes evenly. Arrange mixture evenly in a shallow baking dish. Bake 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and bubbly. Serves 6 |
