Brought to you by: Vickie Ingredients: ------------ 2¼ oz sliced dried beef; rinsed 4 boneless chicken breasts 10 3/4 oz cream of mushroom soup ½ cup sour cream ¼ cup slivered almonds Instructions: ------------- Heat oven to 350°F. Place dried beef slices evenly around chicken breasts, tuck edges of beef under chicken. Place in 8" square baking pan. Combine soup and sour cream, pour over chicken. Bake at 350°F covered for 45 minutes. Remove cover, sprinkle with almonds. Continue baking for 15 more minutes. Serves 4 |
