Southwestern Fettuccine

Ingredients:

1 red bell pepper; seeded and thinly sliced

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 jar (17oz) of Ragu Cheese Creations! Spicy Cheddar Tomato

1/2 teaspoon cumin

1 pkg (10oz) frozen corn nibblets, thawed

12 oz fettuccine; cooked and drained

Fresh cilantro for garnish





Instructions:

In a large skillet, sauté red pepper in vegetable oil until tender.  

Add Ragu, cumin and corn. Simmer over low heat about 10 minutes, 

stirring occasionally. Spoon over fettuccine; toss to coat well.

Garnish with cilantro.
